  • Check your Bucs email regularly – we send important information to this email.
  • Check your cashier account to ensure there are enough funds to cover your tuition!

Please visit your student portal and navigate to the Student Financials Card “View Offer” button for the latest information regarding your financial aid.

The Office of Financial Aid and Cashier Services at FSW helps students secure financial aid to make affording college easier through completion of the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

A FAFSA needs to be completed every year to determine eligibility for grants, loans, work study opportunities, and/or FSW scholarships.

Fall 26

  • Standard and Compact A Terms

    • August 6, August 23 & August 27 – Tuition payment due dates.
    • August 3 through September 16 - Financial Aid Book buying days

  • Express Term

    • August 6, September 8 & September 14 – Tuition payment due dates.
    • August 3 through September 16 – Financial Aid book buying days

  • Compact B Term

    • October 13 & October 19 – Tuition payment due dates.
    • October 1 through October 19 – Financial Aid book buying days

  • First Day of Classes

    • Standard & Compact A – August 24
    • Express Term – September 9
    • Compact B Term – October 1
