Heather Olson, Ph.D.
Heather Olson, Ph.D., is the Director of Online Teaching and Learning Experience at Florida SouthWestern State College. With an M.A. in English and a Ph.D. in Psychology, Heather uses her transdisciplinary knowledge to lecture and teach on topics ranging from mindfulness to artificial intelligence. Her mission is to humanize online education with her love of innovation, passion for thriving, and deep knowledge of pedagogy.
Rozalind Jester
Dr. Rozalind Jester is the Associate Vice President for Strategic Innovation and Online Learning at Florida SouthWestern State College. Roz provides leadership for distance learning initiatives, academic technology, and humanizing online teaching. Her goal is to improve online student success through collaboration across the institution to ensure all students have access to quality support and meaningful learning experiences online. She believes that partnering with faculty to center strong pedagogy and authentic connection in the online classroom is key to student success.
