Biography
Mr. Michael Beda has led a storied career in the financial realm; from starting in Private Equity to being the youngest Director of HuaXia Finance from 2015-2020. He was notably the most senior foreigner to have ever worked on the "Social Credit System".
Mr. Beda has led multiple companies; successfully "achieving an exit" from an international fund-of-funds, Eden Global Capital, based out of Estonia, in 2022 which he founded and served as President & CEO.
He has traveled extensively and conducted business in multiple global environments; most notably China, Singapore, Hong Kong, Vietnam, and Estonia. Mr. Beda speaks Mandarin Chinese.
His passion for education comes from his fundamental belief that it is in the best interest of society as a whole for information to be shared openly, progress encouraged, and learning rewarded. He has served as a Professor/Adjunct/Lecturer at numerous universities including NYU Shanghai, Holt Business School, Fudan University, and currently operates out of the School of Business Technology at FSW (Florida SouthWestern State College).

MBA from UC Berkeley, Dual Undergraduate Degrees in Business Management and Economics from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
2 additional degrees in Chinese Language (Beijing Language and Culture University) as well as Chinese Culture (Shanghai International Studies University).
Series 6, 63, 65 (66), SIE, Certification of Private Equity from LBSE, Six Sigma Yellow Belt, and various Life Insurance/Annuity licenses for the State of Florida.

Mr. Beda is an advocate of enriching oneself through both traditional educational ventures as well as encouraging the "self-taught" approach.
He enjoys spending this time writing extensively on the field of "Logic" as well as studying Soviet economic principles. He has published numerous research analyses through free-to-access channels on topics such as Chinese Credit, AI, and Vietnamese Real Estate.
